Telemedicine lets qualifying TLC patients connect with a provider through a smartphone, tablet or computer for selected minor illnesses, medication refills and follow-up needs.
Eligibility: TLC currently limits telemedicine to established patients seen after June 13, 2024. A current phone number and email address must be on file.
